"The hotel has just stopped trying. It’s as though no maintenance/updating or deep cleaning has been done in quite some time. The staff worked hard and were so nice, but they seemed understaffed with amount of guests there for a convention, and it is a convention center."

"The stay was ok. Quiet room. Lots of TV channels. Staff seemed very nice. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Only problem was the AC - it was not the best and had a puddle underneath it from condensation - I worry about a mold problem from that."
