We purchased a no-cancellation option, however realized after the fact it was for the wrong date. The hotel and Expdia made an exception and made the change for us. However when we arrived, the hotel didn't make the change in the computer system, and didn't have us listed. They had only 2 rooms left, and gave us one of them. It wasn't the exact room we had requested. But the staff was very helpful, and were able to correct the issue.
