"The staff at this property were accommodating, friendly and professional. "I stayed at this hotel while on vacation with my child, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. During our stay, my child was bitten repeatedly by mosquitoes, causing significant swelling and discomfort. I reported the issue to the hotel staff, but my complaint was ignored, and no action was taken to address the problem or assist us.
This lack of concern for guest safety and customer service was unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
