"This hotel is a great alternative to staying in the hectic centre of Hong Kong. Just 10 minutes from the airport (but not affected by noise), it's a boutique style hotel with outdoor space, a pool and close connections to the MTR train to Central Hong Kong (about 30 minutes away). The bar and outdoor lounge have great views of the nearby mountains. The hotel connects directly to a shopping centre with bars and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again."

"Great place to stay when your going to be spending time at disneyland the free buses all day where amazing. Hotel was beautiful. Honestly would highly recommend. The fact that we where able to easily get to the other 2 disney hotels was great. Exploring the other resorts and there restaurants."

"Shuttle access could have been easier. The desk in arrival hall did not have any pictures or know the exact signage words to navigate nor. Room was very clean amd nice view. Provided water machine in hallway and bottle in room which is good eco choice. Shower/bathroom leaked into walking area. Downstairs restaurant had not food and not even 8pm so had to go upstairs and pay much more. Sadly, had to leave before i could see breakfast."

"Location is the key. The hotel is a few minutes drive from the airport with a free shuttle service, which is very convenient if you have lots of luggages. Ngong Ping 360 platform is like 10 minutes walk only, and the Citygate outlet mall is just at the hotel’s doorstep. The staff are very accommodating and helpful, too. Overall, we will stay again in Novotel Citygate when we visit HK in future. "
