"Leaking seali g from room as i was top floor ... basically told it leeks when the freeze thaws .. lol to expensive to fix i guess ... later hallway ceiling started coming down ... again soluare buckets untill temp drops again to freezing. They did offer to change rooms but too big of a hassel for me to pack up room kitchen/ fridge stuff etc. So just lived with 2 buckets to cat h drippings "

"Thia hotel is probably one of the better ones in calgary. We stay in probably 2 hotels a month and i have to say this one has been the cleanest so far. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This was a last minute booking and they were extremely accommodating. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet and dark. I will make sure i stay here again. I didnt have breakfast their but i did have a look at it and it looked very well put together. "

"Friendly staff, clean room. Great to have a hot tub and pool on site. If you use housekeeping, plan to be out of the room late afternoon for service."

"We enjoyed our stay vacation at the hotel. We stayed in a two queen suite with 4 kids, the only thing that we found a problem was that they only had 3 towels in the room. We made due as the kids loved the swimming pool and the breakfast room. The lady that runs the breakfast room is a delight, she was good to the kids. "

"Booked last minute i know. But flights were crazy trying to get into yyc. I was trying to get to work. When i found out if I got to calagry late crew truck might be gone so i went online and booked. So when i landed i could stay night and leave for work the next morning. When i booked it said it was fully refundable. An hour later. Flight was a no go. Did not need room. Go so i tried to cancel. Called. Went online. Nothing. So i was billed for full night. I would have takena credit...

"Everything was ok! Elevator made some unusual noises"

"I felt The music in the lobby when I was checking in was a little loud and made it hard to hear the check in clerk. The front parking lot seemed a bit run down and unkept"

"Very good pit stop if you need it for your job, just to have a rest after work day, nice are around for shopping and services, I use this hotel not the first time and going to use it again. "

"Had a bit of a stressful start because I accidentally booked the wrong dates, and it was non-refundable and couldn’t be changed. Luckily, Kristen was amazing and helped us sort it out. She was super kind, patient, and really went out of her way to help—really appreciate her! The room was clean and comfy, and the hotel feels pretty new overall. Breakfast was great too, lots of options. Also met a lady from Hong Kong at breakfast who was super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience...
