O lugar é bonito, as suítes são simples, mas muito confortáveis. No meu entendimento poderiam melhorar o acesso à internet e as opções do self-service. Os funcionários são muito gentis e se esforçam para atender bem, mas fica nítida que treinamento pode mudar o patamar deles Deveriam ter contingência para quando o acesso à internet caísse, pois o check out ficou confuso para pagto com cartão de crédito. Na soma geral foi um bom fim de semana. Tem boa relação custo x benefício
