"Il Sentiero was a wonderful surprise. It is a very serene and picturesque agriturismo with tons of olive and lemon trees. Owner/operator Salvo is a very hospitable and lovely person. We chose to eat there each evening, and he never failed to provide us with tasty meals. We highly recommend this place for visitors to the Catania area. It is located about 40 minutes north of the airport, close to an autostrada exit, and is convenient for visiting places such as Mt. Etna, Taormina, and Messina."

"Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet établissement. Calme, en pleine nature, une parenthèse de bonheur. La piscine est très belle et pratique pour se détendre après avoir grimpé l’Etna qui est facilement accessible depuis l’hôtel. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est fabuleux, les plats sont fins et très bien présentés. Seul petit point moins bien le petit déjeuné qui est cher pour pas grand chose. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement."

"We picked this agritourismo hotel for its proximity to Catania and the airport - as well as its value and good reviews. It is in the middle of nowhere but very easy to find off the A19 because it is well signposted all the way. It is 20 minutes from the airport IF there is no traffic, but it took us 45 minutes because the approach to the airport is terribly confusing and there were long lines of cars. So allow yourself plenty of time. It is an excellent hotel in a rural setting, but so close...

"Séjour reposant! Accueil chaleureux malgré une réelle barrière de langue. Nous avons séjourné 7 nuits dans cet agroturisme et nous ne sommes pas déçus. Les chambres sont simples mais d’une taille convenable, même si elle mériteraient un léger coup de neuf. Les équipes sont très gentilles, le service est de bonne qualité et la tranquillité inégalable. Revers de la médaille, la voiture est indispensable. Nous n’avons pas mangé dans le restaurant mis à part les petits déjeuners qui sont bons...

"This at best should be called bed&breakfast because they don't produce much of anything except a few pumpcans and few tomatoes breakfast is very poor and owners not too warm with patrons i would not recoment this place "
