"My room looked nice until I seen the hair in the shower . After I moved the covers and it was feces stains on my sheets. Called to have it removed and it took a day to get my request fulfilled . Should have got a refund for the terrible service"

"Our car got damaged in the parking lot at this hotel and the staff people gave us conflicting stories of what happened to our vehicle through the video. We paid 500$ for repair. Staff acts like they are being useful here but are not even helpful. Communication is poor."
