Khách sạn Simpang Pulai

"The location is definitely one of the best in the area. There are food, leisures and entertainment available just by walking distance. The view directly across the street is superb with beautiful views."

"It is a convenient place if you are looking for a place near pengkalan. There is a coin laundry at the block behind and also a mamak restaurant. You can also find Zus coffee and Family mart there too. Aeon section 18 is just 5 min drive away. It is about 15 min to town center. The room and bed is clean and comfy. perfect if you are looking for a simple overnight stat without all the fuss"

"Stayed in two different rooms, both can not be consider as clean. Water stains everywhere in the bathroom. door knobs, light switches are sticky. Not a very good experience overall."

"Gothic in the tropics. Very moody and atmospheric styling. Plus; outside my room there is a great looking statue of a whale shark! Bonus :) Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is great and clean! Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!"

"Since there isn’t daily room service, the unit should provide broom and other cleaning tools. Water filter should be provided too. Need improvement in cleanliness. The floor feels sticky. No tissue paper provided for living room."

"Staff there quite friendly but the hotel is a bit old and limited facilities and electrical appliances. No fridge and no lift. Not convenient if you caring a lot of luggage. "

"The staff is very nice but you need give RM100 Cash deposit to check in. The deposit will refund upon check if no damage on the room or spilt any stuffs in the room. There will remind you via whatapp on delay on check out for an hour charge you RM50"

"There is a Aeon Mall & Supermarket in 5 mins walking distance; that is the best point of the hotel. Limited hotel car park hence I have to park outside hotel which is chargeable. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"The property is awesome and the pool and facilities are fantastic. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed but we found the set up a little different with the sink at the end of hallway. It is shown in the photos but just felt a bit peculiar in real life, can’t really explain why! E loved the rest of the apartment though and the beds are super comfy."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful that made our stay comfortable. There was McD just behind the hotel which was convenient to grab some food."

"Alan at the front counter was so nice and friendly as well as all other staff even the bell man and the staff helping us open the connecting door. The hotel i heard is dated but amazingly feels new and clean. Super spacious, infinity pool was huge and no one was swimming there the 4 times we swam! Free breakfast and siu yeh was excellent. The fact that they have a Ipoh coffee machine is just making me want to take another 15 hour flight and 2 hour car ride just to go to the hotel and stay...

"I like everything. The staff are all nice and accommodating. The food at the Pomelo are so so good. The guy at the sky bar are friendly. I give him 10 out of 10 star"
