Frukost inte bra, personalen ville inte prata engelska, maten dålig standars, dåligt utbud, osten torkade kanter. Äggröra torr, ingen fyllde på med korv, skinka eller annat. Tycker synd om gäster som åkt så lång för att träffa tomten och få så dålig standard på maten. Ingen bra reklam."

Aamupala erinomainen, ja samaisesta ravintolasta sai myös edulliset muut päiväruoat tarvittaessa. Kuntosali ja kylpyläkin kuului hintaan, ja hiihtoladut lähti näköetäisyydeltä. Ilmaisesta parkista myös plussat. Asiakaspalvelu erinomaista."

"Wir haben diese Ferienwohnung ausgesucht, weil sie halbwegs bezahlbar war. Dafür liegt sie ein Stück außerhalb des Zentrums. Spaziergang also inklusive. Der Wohnungsschlüssel ist neben der Tür in einer Schließbox. Den Code hatten wir zuvor erhalten. Alles gut gelaufen. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Es gibt eine Filterkaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle und auch eine Waschmaschine. Die Sauna ist in Finnland obligatorisch. Für zwei Erwachsene mit einem Kind war die Größe auch ok. Die Wohnung...

The kitchen was well equipped and overall layout of the apartment was comfortable. The bathroom sink was on the small side and it would be nice if toiletries were included. "

The photos from the listing shows another apartments and no one told us that ours will be on a different location, quite far from the others and a lot more basic and simple than the advertised. "Absolutely loved everything about this place. We stayed in the igloos which were very clean and a bit like upscale glamping. So cozy and fun. It had limited eating options, but it didn't matter at all. There were so many fun activities (both free and with charge) that we were busy all day the days we stayed. The staff completely made our stay. They were fun, friendly, helpful, and even gave us ideas and ways to change schedules around to accommodate some things we ended up wanting to do. ...
