"Very bad stay
1. I reached to hotel at 9:00 PM and was very tired. The hotel receptionist, even with out checking asked me to cancel the Booking by Hotels.com, as he said that they would not have received the payment
2. He asked me to cancel and pay and claim the cancellation refund from Hotels.com later
3. I said I had booked hotel 4 days prior to my journey
4. I called Manager(The Phone number of which was present in hotels.com website

"We booked A/C rooms based on the very clean and upscale photos the property had posted on all online sites, however when we got there the address didn't even have a PPH Railotel property. Instead we were directed to a dilapidated Hotel Sree Murugan - with torn furniture and amenities from the 90s.
