"Good for all"

"the breakfast was great to the omelets, the fruit was fresh, and the bakery. The staff were very friendly and helpful for our induvial needs. There is a mall within walking distance of the hotel that my wife and I ate dinner with various restaurants that were reasonable priced. You have options for traveling, MRT, buses, taxi, and Grab (instead of uber or lift). Grab worked the best for us, as there an option to use a taxi or a standard ride that was comfortable for 2-3 people."

"I booked for a city view, but my room definitely is not a city view. When I talked to the staff, they said it was automatically chosen when I booked. So I’m not sure who made the mistake. The room is outdated though the lobby was nice."

"Clean hotel and helpful staff. We arrived hours before check in time and since there was an available room they let us check in early. Room is always cleaned mid day. Location is very convenient, very close to public transit. Just two lines from Changi Airport with an easy transfer and literally one stop away from Chinatown. The complementary gin was also a nice touch. Will 100% consider this hotel again on a future visit to Singapore."

The hotel asked for the deposit higher than the real room rate but did not return the overcharge at the time of checkout, instead they said the overcharge would be returned later. When is "later"? "Our stay here was a mixed experience. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the first room we were given. The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly — there were black specks on the floor, drain flies, and black mold on the walls. The fridge was dirty, and we also noticed stains on the couch and bed sheets.
