"Helpful and friendly staff, kindly provided an upgraded room. The king deluxe room was spacious with a nice bathroom, nice shower and bathtub. The fitness facility (gym) was well equipped and a pleasant space. Breakfast had good food with many choices, but very crowded (at 9 am) with a cafeteria-like setting. Would stay again, perhaps making it to breakfast earlier!"

"They have small room, i contacted for upgrading to family deluxe, and confirm all room will come with windows. they are accepted on facebook fanpage and email to me for confirmation. But when i checkin, they asked me that room not available at the moment, we just can check in with lower floors ( havent windows). So i contacted near other hotel and book a bed for my sister. She is angry because they are confirmed that we can checkin with family deluxe room. I advise all people dont book at this...

"Sweet staff and good enough facilities - nice bed and no breakfast but free coffee. I stayed weekdays and dealt with the little street noise with ear plugs. Highly recommend for the low maintenance traveler"

"Room was clean and the staff friendly however how can you run out of one of the main staples of Singapore Chicken satay for 4 days during our stay. Great view of the New Years fireworks going off the Marina Bay Sands. Is close to the lower end of town and a shoetwalk to the mrt. "
