"They have small room, i contacted for upgrading to family deluxe, and confirm all room will come with windows. they are accepted on facebook fanpage and email to me for confirmation. But when i checkin, they asked me that room not available at the moment, we just can check in with lower floors ( havent windows). So i contacted near other hotel and book a bed for my sister.
