The room was the only good part. The staff was rude, the dinner took forever to arrive. Once it arrived it was wrong. No compensations. Food expensive and not very good. We wanted to cancel one night but were told that was impossible.

Clean, modern room, helpful staff, fantastic location. Just only wish there was a mini fridge.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Lovely and clean throughout. Great breakfast, lovely, friendly staff too. Less than ten minutes walk from the train station and other tourist attractions. No issues whatsoever. We will definitely be booking to stay here again on our next visit.
