"Easy parking. Spacious room."

"Really sweet, niche location. Hidden in its own little area so no unwanted traffic coming through. Very close to anything a tourist would want to do in Dubuque! Room was decent, nothing too crazy, amenities were nice! Lots of pamphlets showing the local events and happenings. Would stay again!"

"Everything about our stay was incredible - cannot say enough great things about this accommodation and the hosts! We were greeted by friendly staff, met with great amenities for the price, and felt safe and taken care of during our stay. The view is spectacular, and the room was perfect for our one-night stay. Clean property, thoughtful additions (like wine glasses with a bottle opener, magazines, soaps, etc) and a light continental breakfast. I'd highly recommend this location for business...

"I had called the day before about needing one of my rooms to be a pet friendly room. They were not helpful so when we got to the hotel the next day they didn’t have any pet friendly rooms clean so we had to wait another 30 minutes. Also, I am a Comfort Choice hotel member and they wouldn’t help me get credit for the stay."

"The doors were all broken and just stayed opened. There is no elevator on the property. The breakfast is poor in that it’s just cereal and waffles. The outlet placement in the room is bizarre, like right over the headboard. The manager didn’t even tell us what time breakfast was-I was supposed to read it on the key card. And speaking of key card-it deactivated (which the manager says happens all the time) so we had to run back downstairs, outside and to the front desk. The bed was very hard and...

"Property needs to be renovated and the outside needs some proper landscaping. Front desk was not there. Had to wait 5 minutes after dialing the number and ringing. Room clean and beds comfortable."

"Room was OK. Could use a little more maintenance, but staff was attentive and addressed all issues promptly. Property was beautiful. Great porch, nice swing, nice little pond in the back, and lots of trees and space. Breakfast was standard fare: reconstituted scrambled eggs, sausage, hash, pancake machine, various baked goods and coffee."

"While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room...

"The staff was very friendly. The hotel and room were very clean. Lots of free parking and places to explore near the hotel. The pool and whirlpool were very nice. Whoever is maintaining the pool is doing it right....no strong chemical smell, weird foam, or scum. Loved that the history was something everyone seemed proud of."
