"A very beautiful hotel near Christmas time. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast albeit pricey. Dinner options are a bit limited especially if you have smaller children.
The location of the hotel is inconvenient if you do not have a hire car. I’d say it is essential . Taxis are very expensive and th bus stop is a long walk from the hotel.
Rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. Cleaned thoroughly and regularly. Beds are very comfortable.
Enjoyed the Jacuzzi and steam...

"What a lovely hotel! We stayed with our two children in a studio and the room was perfect. Plenty of room and great facilities. The little kitchen was an absolute bonus and plenty of room to cook if you wanted to. Walkable to the centre and the dock area was an interesting walk too. Great pizza in the restaurant and breakfast was delicious too. Parking was also easy and able to charge our car, even if it was expensive, it was convenient. We have recommended it to friends and would happily stay...
