When Checked in, collect certain amount of Euro cash(can't disclosed in here), saying it's city tax. Requested for receipt, said will email me..Now after one week nothing received. Through the booking operator to ask, also no answer. I suspect this is a scam.

I travel to Amsterdam every year. This was my first time staying at Yotel. The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean, the restaurant and bar was great. It’s a short walk to the ferry to get to central station. The area itself is quiet and perfect if you don’t like the city congestion.
