"Very centrally located and pleasant. The room was very humid and stuffy, but the air conditioning and humidifiers on full blast helped. We were in a room outside of the main guest house, so we were not able to access any of the amenities such as the honesty bar and snacks in the main house kitchen. "Mr. Anvar and Ms. Rosa are the best hosts. We were always greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. The property was beautifully decorated, comfortable and restful. The delicious breakfast was served in the garden on the patio by Ms. Rosa and her helper. Our bathroom was recently renovated with gorgeous modern utilities. We hope to come back to Portugal. When we do we would love to stay here at this location again!"

"It was a bit hard to find the hotel when we first got there because there isn't an obvious sign out front but I recognized the front from the pictures I saw. This is an older building that was turned into a hotel so there are certain inconveniences you have to tolerate. For example, walls and floors are thin so you can certainly here people outside of your room, and there is no elevator.
