Very clean and comfortable room, staff were friendly and accommodating of guest requests where able. Only downside was the rooms don’t have air conditioning that can be individually adjusted to your own comfort level, so our room felt quite warm. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Good brand new hotel so in perfect condition. Good location, friendly staff, parking is in the parking general parking building below the hotel. Convenient but a bit expensive. Arrived 9 pm fridag and left 11 am Sunday and paid 45 franc. Sion is a nice town, god for a base in Valais region. Montreux is a nice place to stop on the way back to Geneva.

We arrived early and they were really accommodating to get our room ready. Room was spacious and clean. Would have liked a fridge but being really picky. Only 5 minutes walk from the train station. Breakfast was nice and offered choice. Staff were friendly asking for directions. Free laundry which was an added bonus! The rooftop terrace was nice but couldn't enjoy due to the weather (raining)

Clean room, Friendly Staff, Good Breakfast. Biggest issue for me was that the room was hot. Prior to booking I called holiday inn and they claimed that this hotel has A/C. Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed us they use some kind of green energy method for A/C and it would take 30 minutes to cool down. I set it to the coldest setting. The room never cooled down. Green method doesn’t work. If they had usable A/C I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Unfortunately we were too hot all night long.

A bad smell made for a bad experience.

Unfortunately, the stay fell well below my expectations. My floor and room had an unpleasant smell. I was advised it had been attended too, but someone had attempted to mask the smell. Thus, my stay was spoilt and was somewhat uncomfortable. The afternoon staff did their best. The morning shift did not contact me at all. In fairness the afternoon staff offered a room change, but by this time packing up and relocating was not a good option either. Having paid more for a ‘quality’ hotel it left a lot to be desired.

Breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are well-appointed. The property is relatively new, offering a comfortable and modern experience.
