"The sign for the front was broken so I thought the property was abandoned at first. The caretaker was incredibly friendly and the lobby had cats, so that was nice. The other tenants of the building are boisterous, but friendly enough. While it's definitely a downscale/scuzzy sort of place, it didn't feel uncomfortable to stay."

"For the price we paid, the room was absolutely unacceptable. No closet, no iron, windows unit for ac and so loud. Had two use 2 remotes for the TV. Room was not cleaned for 2 days, 1small bar of soap for 5 days. It became a joke to see how long before the cleaner cleaned elevator.
