Perfect stay at Bugana, the villa was well set up and lots of room for a family of four. We never had a bad meal and the choice for breakfast had something for everyone. The pool overlooks the beach so it’s very easy to keep an eye on the kids, but our favourite part was the staff so friendly and helpful. We will defiantly be staying again.

Bugana resort is gorgeous the men (brothers and cousin) stayed in a terrace room. They had individual bed. The only complaint they had was the fire alarm woke them up early morning at 1 am so they had to run outside. The food was okay they had variety of chooses.

We stayed on the 4th floor which had a great view of the beach and resort however the flight of stairs every morning and afternoon was something I wish we were told about! Nonetheless still a great resort, well kept with modern facilities whilst still being connected to nature.

Very very nice place. Quiet. Spacious room (we were in a Villa). Great balcony with table, chairs and a private pool. The food in good. Very good included breakfast. Everything was perfect. Nice beach (but not the best)

We had a wonderful stay at Bugana. The view from our villa was absolutely beautiful, and the room felt very private and high-quality. The Food: Breakfast portions are on the smaller side but always delicious. However, lunch and dinner were consistently amazing—some of the best food we had during our trip. The Experience: Swimming in the warm, clear water at the beach was a highlight. We also took a boat tour; while it’s priced a bit higher than the public tours in town, the boat crew was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, which made it feel worth the extra cost. We also highly recommend the Sipalay day tour—it was exceptional. A Few Tips: The resort is secluded (about 15-25 mins from Sipalay town), so plan to eat most meals on-site. If you’re arriving in town, expect to pay around ₱300 per person for a tricycle to the resort. Also, if you have mobility issues, be aware there are a lot of stairs to the villas—you might want to request a lower-level room!
