"What an absolutely amazing place. We have fallen in love with the hotel and the Island and didn’t want to leave. However we did have a mess up at check in which I think the hotel could have handled differently. We checked in ( after the stated check in time ) and were given our room but when we got to the room it was already occupied. We were told by reception to take a seat and they would look for another room. The hotel was obviously not full but we were kept waiting for about 2 hours....

"Pros: Excellent location close to a beach, transport into Old Town, nearby restaurants, friendly staff, clean room, well maintained spa and good options at breakfast. Cons: Dates decor in room, noisy building work ongoing currently and some parts of breakfast could have tasted a little nicer (eggs and beans). Overall an enjoyable stay and we would stay there again. "

"Staff very welcoming & knowledgeable. Beach area lovely well cared for. Large stone instead of sand. Take water shoes. Complimentary breakfast wonderful from cold to hot food. Enjoyed eating on the outdoor patio. Room a little tired but only there 2 nights. If your lucky you will get a room facing beach. Be prepared to carry your luggage down numerous stairs to main lobby & up some stairs to your room. We enjoyed our stay."

"I have spent 4 days in this amazing hotel and it was absolutely perfect! The breakfast is delicious and there is a lot of variety. The rooms are big and we had the spacious room with a sea view. The beds are so comfortable and the amazing team makes sure that you have everything you need. The view is stunning! The lovely team helps with whatever you need and does it with a smile. "We had the BEST time here! Our AC in our room wasn’t quite working but they provided us with a fan that was super helpful. They are super accommodating and take your bags to the room while you are allowed to use all of the amenities until your room is ready. Definitely make sure to check the ferry schedule and ensure you’re not arriving on a holiday we got lucky but it could have ended very bad for us!
