"The apartment was fine. Getting to and from the Quest parking lot can be challenging, otherwise all good. Wi-fi did stress out a few times."

"I’m not a seasoned traveller. On arrival the staff were very helpful. Helped me with logging on to WiFi, showed me to my room. Very clean room, serviced daily with milk top up and coffee/teas, clean towels and made bed. The Appartments are close to a supermarket/chemist, restaurants and a bus stop is on the doorstep. Walking is relatively flat into Newtown shopping centre."

Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. Water was not draining in the shower resulting in it flooding over the shower box. "We had a wonderful stay! The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We especially loved having a separate lounge/living area, which made our stay feel extra comfortable and relaxing. The pool, spa, and sauna were all exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized. It was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day.
