"It is a true rare gem. A wonderful lodge in the middle of the jungle. Our villa was spacious. It has two huge rooms and a giant porch where we saw monkeys. I was grilling to the sound of howler monkeys. The owners are a young Danish couple who are welcoming and helpful. They are building a big pool which is going to be ready in the next few weeks. Le balcon donne sur les arbres et les singes viennent à cet endroit. Sécuritaire pour aller seule à pied au village le soir avec lampe frontale. 1 km de la mer et 2 km du village. I was there specifically for birding, and a short drive trook my guide and me to the best hotspots for finding endemic very special Costa Rica species. Great beaches and chocolate tours nearby too. The host commmunicated well by WhatsApp and the neighbors made themselves available for any kind of help. The bed was very comfortable. Thew kitchen has everything I could have needed....
