"I had an absolutely terrible stay at this hotel during a wedding trip. The first room I was assigned was horrendous. The toilet didn't work at all, and the bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years — stained, covered in putty, and utterly disgusting. The toilet was constantly running, filled with toilet paper, and refused to flush, making the whole experience even more unpleasant.
