"We were in the Iris room which was lovely and had a river view. The room was very clean and well appointed. Continental breakfast was included which was delicious. My husband had the cooked breakfast which was very reasonably priced. We really liked Rachel and enjoyed our chats and her helpfulness. We highly recommend this place"

"I stayed in the Ocean View Spa Room. It was very clean and exactly meet my needs for my short stay in Stanley. It was a quite period so not many people in the park. It was warm and cozy and the spa warmed me to my bones. The views of the ocean out the windows was great although a little hampered by the bushes opposite which i am guessing provides some privacy as there is a public pathway along the breakwall and it may serve as a small wind break. "Hanlon Guest House is lovely. Stayed for two nights, and location is beautiful. We walked to cafes and restaurants and to the chairlift. Also penguins viewing platform is only metres away. The housekeeping staff are warm and friendly as well. Parking at front of property is so easy, as was checking in process."
