"Great Staff! The mattresses were HORRIBLE! Both beds in our room were the most uncomfortable that we have slept on in years. The property is old and definately needs an upgrade. The A/C's in the room only go down to 70 (they are locked so you cannot have a cooler room)....and they "say" they cannot go any lower. It was very hot sleeping - we were on the second floor. There is no elevator. We did get clean towels in the room each day and garbage emptied. "

"This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at carpets were stained bedroom smelled. They really just need to tear it down. I ended up just leaving and finding a different hotel to stay at and eating the cost. That’s how bad it was. It was so bad I didn’t even care if I got my money refunded. I just wanted to leave and go somewhere else."
