"We were surprised that the location was in the parking lot of the supermarket, this ended up being a good thing. The rooms were recently updated and we had a nice water view. The staff was nice and the local restaurants were pretty good. "

"I really like this property and the fact that pets stay free. I don’t know if I’m just figuring this out or if it’s been going on for a while, but not having to pay a pet deposit that costs more than the nightly rate is a relief. The staff were very friendly and the room was great! I would love to have a small space for pets to use the bathroom, but I understand there’s only a limited amount of space. "Can walk right onto the beach"

"The staff was excellent. Property was well maintained and very clean. It was noisy being right off highway 101 so had to keep the sliding glass door closed at night but that solved the problem. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. "

"Looking for a great budget motel in Lincoln City, OR? This one is super clean, well equipped for what is needed, comfortable bed, elevated up off 101 for a nice peekaboo view of the ocean and less traffic noise than those at street level. We loved our stay. No A/C but that is rarely a problem at the beach. Just open the front window and the door and let the ocean breeze come right it. No coffee machines in room...but the office keeps a warm pot, and a great coffee vendor (Human Bean) is just...

"We loved the location of beach front and easy parking right in front of your room. Very dog friendly place and all staff are very friendly. Less than10 min drive to town for all stores and restaurants but loved no crowds. Facility is old and somewhat inconvenient though it’s renovated and very clean. Overall we loved it for our dog!"
