"Great America is across the street and the mall is down the road. Close to the interstate if you want to go to Chicago or Milwaukee. Lots of shops and dining right next to the hotel. Excellent location. We had our dog which isn’t the friendliest dog with other dogs and there were plenty of doors we could access to avoid others. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and the hotel checked in with us via text during our stay to see if we needed anything. Front desk was friendly."

"Hotel was under construction, my first room assigned to me smelled reallly bad of animal urine; I told the front desk, no way I can stay in there; so they put me in a suite which had a floor and there was no smell in there so was ok but front desk acted like it was a chore to do."

"The place is a dump. The ceiling has caved in near the elevator, which feels like it might break at any moment. The a/c in the room was loud. The light switch at the entrance of the room didn't turn anything on. The halls smelled strongly of pot."

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus—there were plenty of options, and everything tasted fresh. My only concern was the condition of the shower ceiling, which appeared to be peeling and falling apart. It didn’t impact my entire stay, but it’s something that definitely needs attention. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would consider staying here again."

"Room service was horrible. I had to request fresh towels and wash cloths daily. Room service was provided 1 time out of the 4 nights that I stayed. We were also not advised of a shuttle fee as the booking advised that a shuttle was included with the flight. "

"Pictures are deceiving. It’s not as nice as it looks online. No elevator, windows are screwed shut, their updates were paint and a new key card system. They say none smoking but every-time you stepped into the hallways you could smell weed. The side of the door had a gap between the frame so you could see little kids trying to peek through from the hall . There’s no sprinkler system for fire alarms - the walls are thin and every time someone left it sounded like doors slamming all night long."
