"Checking in in the evening feels like going to jail you are locked out of the lobby and you’re talking to someone through a couple inches of glass. The rooms are not very well Kept up paint missing all over my door place was pretty much empty yet they had to put me right next to someone where I could practically hear them talking. About one step above the Pay by the hour I guess it’s OK if you just wanna lay down on a bed and take a shower it’s pretty dingy overall though."

"Room was decent and somewhat clean, but the tv didnt work. When we alerted the " virtual desk person" in the lobby we were told it would be an hour until their onsite person would able to bring us batteries to troubleshoot the tv. Mind you we checked in at 8pm. Waited until nearly 10pm with no visit. My husband went back down to the " virtual " person only to be told "sorry for the inconvenience, but no one was on site" so no tv for our stay and zero concern from the front desk non existent...

"Expedia said no charge for pets. They demanded a pet fee. They weren’t nice about either. The shower floor looks scary. Room was cold when we arrived."

"I did not stay at this location because when I drove into the parking lot, as a single female, I was afraid to even park my vehicle or get out of my vehicle!!! The atmosphere and people that I saw in the parking lot scared me!!!"

"Horrible. They had bed bugs. The employee Radford gave us our money back and the manager Chris charged us again basically told me I was lying saying they had someone come out and they didn’t see anything. I sent an email about it with pictures he never responded back. I was never emailed a receipt of my stay or anything. The employees are more caring than the managers. I even tried going through my bank and the hotel keeps declining so we couldn’t get our money back. Don’t book through a third...

"This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever seen! There was fesis on the walls, the blanket on top of the bed had over 20 cigarette burns in it as well as semin! There are no smoke alarms or fire extinguishers. Also, the 30 year old mattress was covered in bedbugs! The guests next door had about 10 people including young children in the room next to us, and would not stop being obnoxiously loud. The rude man at the front desk refused to give me and my husband a new blanket. We ended up getting...
