"Room was clean bed were reasonable god, bathroom wasn’t as I expected. Overall room size was tiny not much room around the bed, tea kettle was in kept with cups and tea/sugar packets at a location without outlets, so had to plug in outlet at the bed side table. Only two small water bottles were provided any additional water was charged. Bathroom didn’t have any place for toiletries to be kept, a more than half used toilet roll was provided, fortunately I carry my own toilet roll. No shower separation was there nor there was any curtain so taking shower was basically a party affair in the bathroom making ever inch of floor drenched. Location was great very close to the airport and sort of midway between airport and Kamakhya devi temple "

"Very old rooms. The rooms and property is not like what they show in pictures. I paid for breakfast buffet but there was no buffet available. "

"The hotel manager says that that do not accept the booking done through your web site and the did their own booking and charged us R/s 16,000 for two rooms it was really a worst experience of my life"

"Rooms and bathrooms need an upgrade. The hotel and rooms look old and jaded. Carpets in the lobby are very dirty. The hotel hasnt been renovated since opening. Its all the same. The common toilets in the lobby are not cleaned well and periodically. I am specificially referring to 13th Jan'26 morning @ 07:00AM. It was probably not cleaned from the night before."
