"En general el hotel muy bien, la limpieza perfecta y la atención bien aunque no nos ayudaron con la maleta y se equivocaron de habitación al llegar por una que estaba ocupada. "Properly well located, in front of Playa Negra Beach. Have wonderful gardens and friendly staff. Our room was nice, but had transparent ceiling were sun heated really fast, making hot to be. Had no air conditioning. Recommend make sure the room you choose will comply with your needs."
