"Super nice and clean."

"+s: staff friendly & helpful, early check in was great for me, very close (walking distance) to airport, safe and quiet, not overpriced. View of water and boats were pretty -s: no restaurants nearby except one which was small and busy. Didn't care to eat at hotel, there was an aquarium nearby, but full of kids. No water or coffee set up in room which was disappointing, room lacked a few items. i.e.....no bath mat or bath rug. Bed had very small pillows and bed was not made up. Just two folded blankets one on each side which was odd. They need better coffee/tea set up in lobby and no decent snacks. I rate them 3 stars and would not stay more than one night."

"Unfortunately, my partner and I had to leave half an hour after arriving. When we got off our flight and lugged out luggage up and down the stairs between the train station and then again at the hotel itself we were exhausted. We immediately discovered that our room was immediately next to the check in counter, the stairs to breakfast and across from the washrooms. You could hear EVERYTHING. It was 1 am and the noise was too much. We could hear full conversations. Additionally, the room smelled of sewage and was dirty. We asked to change rooms and we're told there wasn't a single room available. We even offered to pay more, but no. We immediately called the next hotel we were booked at for the rest of the trip and moved there a night early."
