"Great property and very nice staff. Great location as well, right next to the Bracebridge downtown. However, property is old and you can see signs of wear and tear. For example, room 115 large cracks are visible on the ceiling. As long as it doesn’t bother you or your experience, you should be fine but otherwise, it can be a bothersome. Breakfast is minimal continental stuff, nothing fancy and definitely nothing exciting. The Italian restaurant “Basilico” is nice but the food is just okay, nothing extraordinary. The Muskoka draught beer was fresh. The outdoors are nice and well maintained. Rooms, bathrooms, upholstery and bedding were clean. Overall, a very nice place and stay."

"We had the end unit Sunshine 8 for 4 nights. it was similar to a motel room but the view of Lake was gorgeous. Just the two of us and our small dog it was perfect size. Towels supplied, but I brought one for our dogs feet. Coffee pot so bring some coffee, fridge and microwave there. Very nice dog park also. Great spot"
