"I had booked 2 normal rooms with King bed, but I was assigned both "Accessible" rooms that was never requested for. Secondly, the room had such a bad odor when we checked in. The odor was only half gone after running the AC an entire night. The website mentioned Parking is Included in my booking, but I was charged 12$ for self parking. The staff sounded pretty frustrated to answer question about additional charges that was not mentioned in the website. Otherwise the room was clean and...

"As soon as we arrived in the evening and went to room after checking in, the room was soooo hot. We were hoping for a good nights sleep.They had air conditioning turned off. It was like an oven. We had to go waffle house which was next door to cool off. I understand you have to conserve energy however, that was not acceptable in 90 degree weather."

"It was an odd experience. We were to have 2 nights . The confirmation came back 1 night. Only available I paid insurance but could not cancel the room because I would have lost my money . I had to do a second night through Hampton Inn separately. After we got there the person at the desk helped us get a second night in the same room . My daughter and I were there for a funeral . No time to change rooms as it was at 10 in the morning"
