"The room was clean, and the rate was cheap. Not too terribly far from downtown Savannah. Be aware that this hotel is in a very industrial part of town and on a busy road with lots of truck traffic. I was frustrated that we were able to book for 2 adults and a child, but then they had no rollaway beds available, yet they let us book only a king bed. "The property and rooms are very outdated."

"Breakfast as a white selection lobby is very clean breakfast. You’re very clean. Only recommendation is I think the rooms should not have carpet. If you are allowing animals to stay in the hotel I could smell the carpet. Secondly, the refrigerator needs changing because you have to constantly push a button to keep it cool and no one is gonna stick around doing that for two hours also Bathroom needs updating for especially handicap guest"

"Room was clean, we did have to ask for more shampoo but that was okay. We did end up right above the ball room so it was a bit louder than I would have liked but it wasn't terrible by any means. We had hoped to use the pool but unfortunately the pool was out of order. We were told we could use the pool next door but decided not to in the end. I would stay there again because the staff were super helpful and willing to help in the ways that they could."

"The blonde woman at the check-in was very warm and welcoming. We were early and our room was not ready, but she said that she would call or text when it was. When we got into our room, it was amazingly small. But the number one main reason why I gave it three stars is because of the bleach smell. It smells like there had been a half a gallon of bleach just dumped in there and wiped around. My eyes were burning and there was no way I could stay. "Room was clean and spacious. One of the best complimentary breakfast."

"Front desk staff not friendly. Air conditioning over bed causing my arthritis to flare up and I couldn’t move for approximately 20 minutes. No vents should be over a bed."

"We only had the cleaning staff come in once while there. The beds weren’t made nor the bathroom cleaned. Only new towels and trash taken care of. First night a fire alarm was going off after midnight. The person speaking was extremely muffled when explaining the situation so we weren’t sure if we should evacuate or not. Had breakfast our last morning and there was hair on my plate. Had to send it back. Food in the restaurant wasn’t very good. Overall our stay was fine."
