"Pool and hot tub were awesome! We had four travelers and were given a king bed and a sofa bed. We asked to switch rooms so everyone could have an actual bed. The lady at the front desk changed our room which was so nice but did not tell me there was going to be $100 charge to do so. That should have been said upfront, so I was a little surprised. My adult daughter locked us out and the after hours assistance was very quick to remedy the situation."
