"Staff was friendly and helpful "

"I like how friendly the staff is honestly and how close the shops are across the street"

"The room was not cleaned, there were stains and food debris on the sheets, clear signs of bedbugs being present, all metal surfaces were rusted over, the mattresses were damp and sticky, the "staff" was a video kiosk that connected to a call center. Even after not staying in the room at all, and alerting the "staff" of all the issues and that I wanted to cancel my stay (I wasn't in the room for more than 10 minutes before deciding to leave) they refused to refund my money unless they showed me...

"There was nothing to like about this place. A/C was di not reach in the bedroom. Place was full of roaches. Drug addicts hanging around. Sign said no dogs but the room right below me had one barking all night. I had to depart early but no one is in the office until 10. Expedia had this place rated at 7.4. Expedia needs to do a better job vetting their listings. Price was 73 dollars a night."

"They had smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms we went into the smoking first and it looked like they threw the box springs in mud and just put them back in the room. We went to the non-smoking room on one bed obvious dog hair all over I have pictures and the other bed had been used. If I didn't have to give any stars they would have got zero. Unless you are absolutely desperate no matter of fact sleep outside."

"I booked a3 night stay 2 nights we had a storm and no electricity with no compensation no back up generators nothing just in dark until you weren’t.. the door locked on the handle but no other safety features the door had crackers you could see outside you get what you pay for."

"1st of all had too wait 2hrs for my room rest was at 3 room wasnt ready till 5:30. Went to take a shower the towels was spotted with brown color stains. Ask for another set of towels same thing. They need to invest in new linen. The microwave and refrigerator had leftover food in it. Told the 2 staff members nothing ever happened. Noone came to clean the microwave and refrigerator. Poor service poor staff. I will never ever go back Good luck"

"We stayed at this hotel in June 2025, and apart from a really awful odor in our room, it was okay so we booked it again this year (for one night). This time, the room was not fully cleaned, had some serious maintenance issues, didn’t have enough bedding or towels for the 3 people for whom we booked the room, and, worst of all, had a broken A/C causing the temperature in the room to be 80 degrees! We immediately called for assistance with the A/C, and the fellow who came to the room fiddled a...

"This was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Floor was dirty, filled with bugs, lint, and dust. The entire area wreaked of weed. The bed couldn't have been more uncomfortable if it tried. The walls had marks/holes in them, it wasn't even decently painted. I was required to checkout early because I could not stand one more second of being in that room."

"There was no trash can, and the room was not cleaned very well. The towels were damp, as if they had just been used, with two of the three having stains. Luckily, I brought my own towel for traveling. The building wasn't well-kept, grass/weed growing next to the wall. It felt unsafe, and some suspicious people were hanging around the entrance and the hallway."

"Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better ."

"Staff, as always try their best. Unfortunately this property needs a lot of maintenance and it is long overdue for some new towels, sheets, comforters and some renovations. Understanding this is the Key West Inn and we were not expecting 5-star service or facilities, dingy towels/sheets take you back a little bit. Additionally, they advertise that breakfast is included, we did not get breakfast, we rang the bell several times and no one answered, when they finally answered, breakfast was not...

"This property is not a family hotel. Prostitution was obvious. Shady characters hanging in parking lot. Bugs in the rooms. Rooms had visible food on furniture tops. Cigarette burns on comforters. Front desk staff was trying to be uncooperative about giving refund. Families Beware!!!"

"If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!"

"My husband and I were impressed with the our short stay; the room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Sadly, the TV is not a smart TV but luckily, it was quick trip for us. A firestick might come in handy.l for future reference. We highly appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and didnt have any issues."
