"I have stayed here for 1 week, in June. I have found not only the hotel but the staff extremely friendly and helpful, we have stayed in one of the pool rooms and the pool/patio space has been more than sufficient with lots of space to swim around and enjoy our time. In the day we have mainly stayed at the Beach Pool and got drinks from the beach bar, and during the evenings entertainment had drinks from Aggeliki who has been more than polite, helpful and a joy to be around. The entertainment during the evenings has been amazing, with a wide variety of activities not only for children but for adults, although travelling without any children we have found that it’s still a comfortable hotel for couples without kids. Guests have been super friendly to eachother, and that can only be contrary to the amazing staff at the hotel. I will be coming back. Shoutout to the amazing staff members, Lily, Yaro, Aggeliki and all the others that helped during our stay to make us feel at home and have the best holiday we have had. - Tommy Podmore"

"⭐ Review of Domes Noruz Chania, Crete — 10/10 Domes Noruz Chania is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Our room was immaculate, with daily housekeeping, turn‑down service, and thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee, water, and a mini‑bar. The half‑board option was excellent — a generous breakfast buffet and the choice of lunch or dinner, all at restaurant‑quality standards. With two pools (one lively with a bar, one peaceful) and a perfect beachfront location, the hotel delivers incredible sunsets every evening. The spa is another standout, offering a truly relaxing experience. A fantastic stay from start to finish. Highly recommend — 10/10."

"Nice resort overall. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of selection. The loungers by the main pool are hard with no cushions. Residence collection and seaside pools are comfortable but they are adults only. Pool bar staff just stand around at the bar instead of walking around to take orders. Recommend stocking up at the shop across the street and serving yourself poolside."

"So conveniently located in such a special building - we had the room with the rooftop bath/jacuzzi - views were very cool. The staff were so kind and helpful - and a special shout out to Iro in the restaurant who made our stay extra special - we can’t wait to tell people to go there. "Our second time dating at Cretan Dream and it won’t be the last as we plan on coming again in 2027. The amenities, atmosphere, and attention to detail are bar none to any accommodations we have experienced in Europe. Spyro and the front desk staff were incredible. Toula and her sweet husband anticipated our needs and made sure we were always “in the know” for meal service and events. Cretan Dream also provides several weekly experience nights including: tomahawk steaks, Cretan night with music and dancing, and a seafood feast. Bravo to Petro and his brother for an incredible establishment. Can’t wait until 2027!"
