"This hotel was just okay, not great, but not bad either. The location was good for us as it was super close to the airport and we had a very early morning flight out of ZQN. We had a couple of rooms booked for our family but ended up having to ask reception to switch one of the rooms because it smelled really funky. Otherwise the stay was just fine. VIP rewards perk was a cookie and a drink from the little market in the lobby. Nice receptionist!"

We arrived to find that the heating/air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, and with outside temperatures below freezing, the room was extremely cold. The only solution offered was a small fan heater, which barely warmed the room. "We're from QLD, Australia and stayed here for 8 nights as a family in the unit of a bedroom, a separate living room with a full kitchen and a private laundry equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer (+ iron and ironing stand). Everything is very clean and modern, with staff services being superb! The view of the Remarkables (ski field) from our living room was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to stay in Queenstown, 👍 👌 😀 and we'll be definitely...

"It was a quick walk to shops and great food options. Parking was available on site. The staff was great when I asked questions, they were very helpful. The room was beautiful! I slept so well. I had a great stay! I would stay there again. I also used the mini fridge and the kettle."

"Spur of the moment booking. Absolutely made the best choice! Location is a short and fairly easy walk to town. Slight hill but nothing too major. Check in was amazing, we were so well looked after by the lovely lady at reception, top notch service. Room was huge! Had every heating amenity you could think of! Beautiful view from the room. They have a spa that overlooks the lake and Remarkables that you can book at the front desk, ask for extra towels. Only slight downsides, sink in bathroom...
