"Overall really good place to stay in Copenhagen, rooms were spectacularly clean and the bed was extreme comfortable.
The only fault I can find is that, I was served a “standard” category drink in their bar when I was given a complementary voucher of a “signature” drink. When I went to the bar downstairs to redeem the voucher, which mentions the complimentary “signature” drink, the bartender gave me the option of choosing between G&T and Mojito and my invoice at the end mentioned “standard” for the drinks. Great hotel within walking distance to City Center
" Great hotel conveniently located within easy walk from Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. Also within distance are metro station, S station and a shopping mall.
The hotel feels new and comfortable. Rooms are elegant if a little small but they provide everything we need. Pool was nice with sauna and they close late (10pm) which is great to take a splash with the family after a day of sightseeing. Also, they have a rooftop restaurant with great views. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety and delicious fresh options.
Please note that entrance to the theme park cost extra. Also, booking two rooms next to each other (they offer this option) doesn’t mean they’re connected. That’s extra.
The only complaint is that right after checking in and getting to our room a male housekeeper showed up checking to see if we were stocked on coffee and cups.. we said yes, and yet he insisted to come in to the room and check for himself. That was weird. I had to stop him from getting into the room without permission.
Other than that the whole experience was great! I recommend this hotel 100%"
"This hotel was in a very good location. If you don’t mind a little walk. It was very nice, the gym was fantastic, the staff was very friendly and helpful, in the room, very clean.
My only two comments were 1) I thought the food prices were high, and 2) there was no pool. "

"Nice overnight stay. We recently spent one night here prior to a flight.
Positives: clean, easy & fast access from the airport/train, large & open spaces inside, large room, quiet, good AC, generous breakfast buffet, pleasant dinner at the restaurant, very friendly staff at every encounter
Negatives: bathroom in our room was quite dark, mattress on the hard side
Overall we couldn't ask much more of stay. "
