"Very well situated hotel by the Milford Marina and the seafront.
Staff were excellent : always happy to help and find a quick solution - of particular mention Grace (reception) and Emma (breakfast restaurant and her team).
Breakfast was very well stocked, great variety and good quality produce. Great selection.
As we were staying 4 nights, I expected the housekeeping team to replenish the tea/coffee tray daily with supplies but this did not happen at all and I had to ask reception often....

"We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. "

"The location was quiet with stunning views over the bay . Everything was top rate; food, breakfast, room comfort. We even had large mugs in our room for decent sized drinks! Staff very helpful. Lots to see nearby."

"We had a very comfortable room, the breakfast was great, especially with the view of the sea and sky. Overall, we had everything we needed for a very pleasant nights stay. The location is amazing."

"Location is lovely for the hotel, it’s right in the centre and you can easily walk everywhere from the hotel. They allowed us to check in early which was pretty nice of them. Staff was helpful , we enjoyed our stay there."
