"Staff were very quick to shut down conversations as they came across as very busy.
They messed up my itemised payment.
I contacted them twice before arriving about spas and treatments and got no replies. I am since chasing a receipt and still not got it after 5 attempts."

"God frokost og artig sted, men dårlig oppfølging fra personale.
Vi hadde bare en natt der og plutselig var vi overlatt til oss selv. Vi hadde tenkt å låne sykler, men det var ingen å spørre.
Renholdet var ok."

"All was excellent including the outstanding ocean views. I did find it odd that I requested a superior twin room with a bathtub and instead received a wheelchair accessible room with remote control beds. Perhaps something was lost in translation? No matter, the hotel and rooms are fantastic and close proximity to the ferry from Denmark. Outstanding experience. What an amazing breakfast - clean, quiet and breathtaking views from this property. Wow Sweden, wow!"
