We truly enjoyed our 2 nights spent at this property. The staff was extremely courteous and welcoming and even upgraded our room due to my birthday. Lots of breakfast options and large pool area. Convenient parking in close (drivable) proximity to town.

Great stay for families

This is actually a fantastic hotel for families. We rented a two bedroom house with a private pool. The service was excellent. They have a great breakfast spread. There is a free shuttle to the port. You do not need a car. The wait staff at the pool was fantastic. The main pool gets the prize for the deepest hotel pool I’ve ever swam in. Great stay. Highly recommend.

Great stay! I would stay again.

We stayed in the bungalow with shared private pool for 7 days. We were lucky as we had 3 different neighbours throughout our stay but only shared the pool area for a maximum of 10 minutes. The pool is great and is cleaned every morning and is a brilliant sun trap with lots of shade available, if necessary. I stayed with family members and was sleeping on the sofa bed. It broke every time the cleaner came to change the bed and I had to go to reception to ask them to fix it every time. However, the reception staff was great and solved the problem every time. The best thing about the stay was the Mamma Mia tour excursion. We got a personal driver who was very friendly and accommodating. His name is Niko and I would recommend him to anyone. The place is fairly clean but it could do with a deeper clean to get rid of cobwebs. The hotel is a pleasant 8 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket and 20 mins walk into town, which was great after a heavy meal of delicious gyros and other incredible Greek food. I would recommend this hotel to families.

Although it was requested in writing that 2 separate beds would be needed (travelling with my son 24 years of age) they ignored the request. They changed the room .It took them 1 hour. the first room was OK. The 2nd one was small with 30 steps to climb.Having a back pain health problem it was difficult for my 2 day stay. otherwise a nice family hotel.

Das Hotel macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Es ist zwar recht sauber, aber es sieht so aus, als würde man sich z.B. um die Außenanlagen oder auch die Einrichtung im Zimmer nicht kümmern: Die Eingangstür ließ sich nicht richtig öffnen, weil der Kleiderschrank im Weg steht, Fernseher, Spiegel und Lampe sind schief und absolut lieblos an die Wand geklatscht, die Außenanlagen verwildern. Insgesamt war unser erster Eindruck nach unserer Ankunft echt enttäuschend. Das Telefon funktioniert nicht, das heißt wegen jedem Problem mussten wir zu Fuß über die ganze Hotelanlage laufen um in der Rezeption in ratlose Gesichter zu blicken, weil z.B das WLAN nicht funktionierte, unsere Bademäntel keine Gürtel hatten, keine Hausschuhe vorhanden waren, Duschgel usw. nicht aufgefüllt wurden usw.... Ein kleines Service-Beispiel von der Rezeption: beim auschecken fragten wir danach, ob man uns (wie bei der Ankunft auch) mit dem Hotelbus zum Hafen fahren könne. An der Rezeption sagte man uns, dass der Fahrer sei beschäftigt sei und es gäbe keine kostenlosen Transfers zum Hafen. Wenige Minuten später erblickten wir den Fahrer im Hotel und fragten ihn direkt. Er fuhr uns gerne zum Hafen. Das Frühstück (immer das gleiche) ist ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Insgesamt möchten wir wieder zurück nach Skopelos kommen, denn die Insel ist ein Traum. In dieses Hotel werden wir aber nie wieder Einchecken und würden es niemandem weiterempfehlen. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier einfach gar nicht, maximal 3*!

How can this hotel have a 5 star rating! The food was terrible, the reception staff unfriendly and not very helpful. Although the Restaurant staff were lovely. All the pictures on the website very misleading and clearly all shot with a very wide angle lens. The bungalows with private pools were ok.

The staff is very kind and welcoming, especially Georgia and the manager. The location is at a walking distance from the city. Very calm with a beautiful view and family friendly. Nice area to stay for visiting Skopelos.

We finally were offered to leave our bags and promised they would be taken to our room as soon as it was ready. Ήταν ωραία η τοποθεσία αλλά τα δωμάτια μικρά. Υπήρχαν μυρμήγκια, στο πάρκινγκ οριακά βρίσκαμε θέση και ήταν όλο με χώμα. Το πρωινό με μικρό μπουφέ. Γενικά πολύ ακριβό γιαυτο που προσφέρει.

5 star hotel, really?!

Expensive hotel that did not at all live up to the star-rating expectation (5 stars?!). We stayed for four nights and after numerous reminders they cleaned our room once during our stay. AC was noisy and the overall condition of the hotel/interior was poorly maintained. Breakfast was average. We would not book this hotel again.

Lovely hotel just outside the town

Located just outside the hubbub of Skopelos Town with lovely staff that do all they can to look after guests. Shuttle bus/taxi/walk to the restaurants and port make it easy to enjoy the town. Pools are clean. Cleaners are conscientious. Special mention - Maria at Reception is adept at getting things sorted. Food: Greek with local ingredients/vegetarian options/kids menu/room service menu covers the usual things such as pasta/pizza/club sandwiches. An effort is made for variety in the buffet breakfasts and dinners. See picture for inside of the lovely little church in the grounds. Can heartily recommend this hotel.

Très bel hôtel,très calme car situé à 1.5 km du centre ville. Enregistrement difficile car chambre non disponible avant 15h pour 14h prévue. Un service de navette plus soutenu pour aller en ville serait souhaitable. Service au restaurant à améliorer, le personnel semblait perdu et il a fallu faire plusieurs demandes pour obtenir satisfaction. Travaux dans la chambre mitoyenne à partir de 8h du matin... Malgré la prise de la chambre après 15h, pas de possibilité de garder la chambre 1h de plus le jour du départ

Not a 5 star but ok

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Free pickup from port and free shuttle several times a day into town was great. Room was ok, view was as described ie partial sea view (although better than expected). Sun beds were plentiful and comfy with clean towels provided. Only downside was the state of the pool which looked like it needed a good clean and was a little murky. Bit of a walk into town (shuttle stopped at 7pm) as roads were dark and no footpaths. Take a torch! Took around 15 mins but uphill on way back. Garden areas around hotel grounds felt neglected and in need of attention. Breakfast was included and was ok Advertised as 5 star but more like 3.5 taking above into account. Clean pool and tidy the gardens and the long driveway and it would be more like a 5 star. Requires attention to details and some TLC - that makes all the difference.

excelente!!

otimo hotel, quartos limpos, piscina particular com limpeza todos os dias, cafe da manha e jantar com muita variedade e qualidade. somente as camas não eram confortáveis e o wifi não funcionava no quarto

Nice enough hotel, but not 5 star!

When we booked the hotel we specifically requested a quiet room NOT overlooking the pool. We were allocated one of four rooms directly overlooking the pool, so they clearly paid no attention to our request. The air con was inefficient, we asked for it to be checked, it wasn't, so after two sleepless nights we spoke with the manager who was lovely, we had an upgrade for one night but then moved to a smaller, basic room but with effective air con. Our towels weren't replaced one day and the room not cleaned at all on another. Shambolic. Three rooms during a seven night stay which was supposed to be a relaxing holiday was anything but. I used the spa and had a massage but I felt as though I was a massive inconvenience to the therapist, she was not very friendly just ploughed straight into it, no questions about health etc.

Great bungalow with good space and own pool

Perfect fir families as can self cater in bungalow Big pool in main part of hotel Location a bit too far out of town - good 25 min main road walk Should offer shuttle Spa and gym area not air conditioned during day - looked quite dark abandoned

Beautiful views of Skopelos town and the sea.

After a small misunderstanding at check in (which was quickly resolved). We found the Skopelos Holidays Hotel to be gorgeous. Location and views are stunning. Service was exceptional. Credit to the manager on duty and the staff. Properly pampered.

No phones but great staff!

Phone in room did not work for duration of stay and there were dogs barking all night so you had to keep doors closed. More than compensated for by staff who were superb and could not do enough for you

Helt okej hotell för pengarna!

Hotellet var okej men inte ett 4-5 stjärnigt. Vi fick ett fint rum ut mot en egen pool och trivdes bra den natten vi stannade över. Okej frukost. Trevlig tillställning på kvällen.

3 Star Hotel

Nice and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The location let it down being a 20 minute walk into town along a very busy main road with no pavement. A nice surprise in my birthday was the manageress knocking at the door singing happy birthday and presenting me with a cheesecake.
