"The whole experience was something very special. The view of the harbour was amazing and the room was impeccable. During the road chaos after the fireworks display, a team helped us move a trolley full of suitcases to an accessible taxi pick up point. A walk of more than 15 minutes, among a huge crowd of people and pushing a heavy trolley. This was service above and beyond any of our expectations. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were superb. This will be our hotel of choice during any further Hong Kong vacations."

"This hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Michael who is a doorman gave us some wonderful advice on where to go. The view of the harbour from our room was breathtaking. The MRT station is two minutes away and we actually got the train to the airport when we were leaving because it was so easy, cheap and efficient. I’d definitely recommend you stay here if visiting Kowloon. "

"The room and hotel itself was undeniably the most beautiful I’ve seen, the small attention to details on interior were impressive. I loved the service and the area was perfect for your first time to Hong Kong. The amenities were limited as the pool was closed (maybe it’s not the season for it) and the spa wasn’t open but regardless, we would love to come back. 10/10 "
