"Service was great - friendly and helpful. However, room was dirty (soda and other food specs on walls), towels were dirty - we requested new towels and while those were 'new' they also had brown spots on them. Faucet/shower water was not cold, which is hard to handle in the Arizona heat,
In the confirmation email from the hotel, free light breakfast was listed, upon checkin I found out that is not something offered which was unexpected. There is free coffee and an ice machine!"
