"Came two times a month apart and hot tub was not working either time. The bass from the loud music was too much and gave me a headache. From the room, you don't hear the music, just loud thumping noise from the bass- not enjoyable.
The AC was difficult to control. Complimentary chocolate chip cookies were wonderful and the restaurants have very good food."

"Overall we liked the hotel. The rooms could use some updating but was nice. My biggest complaint would be based on the hotel info given I thought beach loungers etc were included.
There is a great beach lounger rental right in front of hotel, so that worked out but was an extra cost that I hadn’t planned on.
The pictures in the listing weren’t completely accurate from what I could tell, minor differences.
Otherwise, great location, close walk to many amenities and can’t beat being on the...

"Anna at the front desk was extremely helpful. I arrived at Tampa International Airport and was on the hot mess express train. Anna was able to give me perfect directions over the phone on where to go in the airport to meet the shutle. Due to my poor navigation skills, I did have to call her several times to ensure i made it to the right spot. I also surprised her with my crew of seven. "No problem",she said. She called, Teven, made him aware of our party size and he got us to the hotel safely....

"Pros: Excellent position on St Pete beach. Miles of beautiful white sand and warm water. Very low waves and shallow water so excellent for kids. Not at all crowded (May 6-May 13). Helpful staff.
Cons: Pools were small so got crowded and sometimes hard to find a chair to sit in (lots of pools though).
Parking is $25/day, but so are all the other hotels in the area.
Chairs/Umbrellas on the beach were complimentary only for rows 2 and 3, but not first row (the kids working those were great...
