"One elevator was out- wish they would of told us but luckily was on 4th floor so taking stairs wasn't as bad as it could be. Great cleaning staff and front desk- very friendly. Great view of river and street from room. Easy to access public transport and walkable neighborhood as well. Other than the elevator thing was great stay."

"two big issues for me. One; it’s called ‘Hilton Gardens’ and almost all the pictures show the beautiful roof top garden. But when i got there (on a holiday weekend) we where told that the roof top garden is actually part of a restaurant that operates on the property but is not owned by the Hilton. the restaurant was closed therefore there is no access to the garden. so the namesake and most attractive feature is not available to hotel guests whenever the restaurant is close, WHAT? Two; the fitted sheets didn’t fit the bed. As soon as we got in it they popped off the mattress and despite several attempts to put them on as soon as we got in the bed they came back off. we told housekeeping but nothing was done. sleeping on a bare mattress in a hotel pretty gross! it was an okay stay but it could have been a lot better!"

"Horrible. We switched hotels after the 1st night. The room had a musky/moldy smell. We got a 1 bedroom room and we were travelling with our kids and reserved the room for 4 people. When we got to the hotel that night there were no sheets on the pull out bed, no sheets or pillows or blankets for it in the room. When we called down they said they would send someone up. They came, dropped the pillows and sheets on the couch and left. The shower has NO water pressure. The bath tub had hair in it (no ours). The shower head was filthy. The in room hair dryer was partially melted and dirty (like sticky). The curtains on the windows were broken so they wouldn't close all the way. Overall the hotel was dark and dingy. Never again."

"This hotel was very welcoming and helpful at anything we needed or had questions too! Although our room was small and could have used minor touch up paint here and there. The location is perfect and everything was well kept up. We are also were welcome with a nice bottle of wine. Early Friday morning there was some mild banging, not sure what it was. All in all, would definitely consider staying again."
