"The hotel was very clean and just a short distance from Newark Airport (12 minutes). The hotel could use a decor refresh as the rooms look very dated, but it appears they have a plan to do so."

"I went to check in, but the hotel’s system was inoperable and unable to process payments. The staff was disorganized, and instead of helping resolve the issue, the front desk employee was rude, unprofessional, and seemed untrained. I had no choice but to cancel my reservation and book another hotel. Future guests, don’t waste your time. There are much better options in the area that offer a welcoming, modern, and updated hotel experience. I do not recommend staying at this property."

"The room is clean, bed very comfortable, air conditioner works well. Only complain is check-in is very slow, no room available when checked in around 4pm, have to wait an hour to get a room."

"I had a bad experience. We took a room in this hotel because we anter to rest . They gave us a room with an adjacent room divided by a door , the neighbor was noisy and rude, dropping objects, yelling and just making noise until late hours. Why give us this room and not say anything about it ? I will not go back there ."

"Room was roomy. Beds were comfortable. Free Continental breakfast was the usual - which isn't a bad thing. Fitness room your basic set of dumbbells up to 50lbs. and one bench, a treadmill, elliptical, and two bikes. Also a set of med balls. Had an early arrival and front desk was able to get us in a room early - much appreciated."
