"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

"Had issues with my AC for my room. The first time they were quickly to address and I was able to stay in my room. The second time I had to visit the front desk several times between 5-10 a.m.. I think they arrived around 11:30. I went to breakfast and gave up so I’m not positive.
My room also had an access door to the room next to me. It wasn’t insulated well and I could hear the room next door whenever they spoke or passed gas. I was lucky that the guests in the room were quite quiet. ...
