Previous stay, they were very noisy in the hallway outside our room in the morning hours when some guests like ourselves needed quiet. This stay, a cleaning person implied we might not need our room cleaned on the third day of our stay (we did) and then appeared put out when I requested they return to clean an hour later (my husband was still sleeping).
